I would give worse if I could. They DO NOT SANITIZE THEIR TOOLS. I saw them using the same tools on several individuals. I asked them if they cleaned them when they replied "yes" however I saw them put things back with no sanitizing. They were even putting things away slyly due to me previously asking. Not even the foot scrubber was cleaned after me (or before me I bet) it was simply rinsed and put back into their drawer for next lady. This needs a health violation!! Do not go!!! They lie to your face regarding the cleaning of their products! Hoping I don't get an infection. Wish I never went!
I have been going to this great client focused, family owned business for several years. Their work and attention to detail is wonderful, their nail spa is comfortable and is always being improved. They offer a wide array of services and colors in very pleasant and friendly surroundings! I see Lena but would have no hesitation working with any of her family!
Worst nail place I've ever gone, I went just to get gel color change on my current acrylic nails, they took forever just to do the sloppiest job I've ever seen, irritated my cuticles and was still charged almost $30. I went back a few days later because the gel had already chipped off, they fixed it but made the nail look 10x worse. They fixed the sloppy paint job as well but to the point where it was so far into my cuticles, I had another nail chip for no reason so decided to take them all off and it was the most painful thing I've done to my nails. My nails now have never looked worse, they are so damaged and the skin around my nails are so irritated because of the job they did. Please never go there!!
I went in to get a full set and it was the worse experience. I left feeling like I had play dough clumps stuck to my fingers They were horrible. I ran to a different nail salon to get my nails taken off. Never again will I come to this nail salon, wasted my money
It was easy to make an appointment and the team was welcoming, however I was a bit underwhelmed with my manicure + pedicure results: not much intensity to the pedicure massage and by week two, my cuticles (both toe and fingernails) look a bit neglected. The color work is great, though, and no chips to speak of! Just some food for thought...
Ultimately, I'd go again, but with different expectations and maybe a gentle nudge re: cuticle care during my appointment.
