Lash female in this Lounge is super unprofessional. I had a appointment set for 3:30 to wait in the lobby until 4pm. She comes out to then tell me that she doesn't have time for my lashes etc.. because she had to get her nails done for a weekend trip. I would advise hiring someone with a good work ethic before they ruin your name.
had purchased a $35 groupon to get my hair done before my baby shower. Unfortunately, things got a little complicated and I wasn't able to use it. I called the Salon after it was expired to see if I could use the money I had already paid to the salon as a credit towards a service and they flat out said no. So basically I wasted $35 for a service that I will never use with them because they are being greedy. Had they been better about the situation, I would have spent much more getting my hair done with them because I was planning on getting the works done on my hair ( color, highlights, trim and style). I hope keeping the $35 was worth it when you still would have made at least $150 on me not including the 20% tip I usually leave for the work. You lost a customer and all my contacts before you ever even gave me a chance.
I love my hairstylist at this location. It's located on a strip in front of Sam's Club on 60. Parking can be a little hectic but on the weekends, most of the stores are closed so that allows for a little wiggle room on that. Every time that I enter, I am always welcomed by the receptionist and offered a drink. Yelpers, if you check-in, you get a free glass of wine. Can't beat that except I am not a wine drinker but it's a nice gesture! It's located near the pet store so there are some cockroaches from time to time but I think it's a shared reaction with the hairstylists since they're not expecting them either but it won't drive me away from my amazing hairstylist!

Newly re-renovated! Gorgeous inside. Wonderful owners and amazing stylists prices are extremely reasonable for the wonderful quality of work they do. Caroline does my lash extensions and she is incredible! Tamra and Brandy do my mani/pedi and they are both super clean and detailed. Tamra also offers wonderful facials, it was so relaxing
