Ana's Dominican Beauty Salon in Brandon, FL

I have been going to Ana since I was a young girl. She is professional and has never disappointed me! I wear my hair natural now, curly, and I only have Ana trim and blow dry/under the dryer my hair and it comes out perfect still keeping my curls intact! I recommend Ana's shop! Definitely make an appt because it can take a while if you just walk in.

This business and the people running it are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISRESPECTFUL. I wish I could rate this place a negative star. I asked to get my hair washed and blown out. I didn't get the lady's name, but her station is the last chair in the back to the left side of the shop. She told me I need a trim and she cut 3 inches off my hair (WAY TOO MUCH). My scalp was burned several times and I was stabbed in the eye. They put a keratin treatment in my hair and it started falling out in the next 3 days. I asked for a refund due to me losing my hair... I even showed a bag of my hair and they just laughed and denied everything. They don't care! One of her comments to me was "YOUR MONEY IS ALREADY IN MY POCKET." This salon will not help you if there is a problem. Don't get your hair done here, run away!!!! It's just really sad.....that 95 dollars would hurt their business/"pockets".

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I went in last Saturday and the gentleman at the desk was completely rude to me when I asked to be seen for a keratin that day after calling and asking if they took walk-ins for such treatment. He then told me that I would have to schedule for a later time, which I did. Today he called me TWICE WITHIN AN HOUR to confirm my appointment while I was at work and the second call was to inform me that they were cancelling my appointment due to not answering the phone. THIS MAN HAS TREATED ME LIKE COMPLETE GARBAGE AND I WILL NOT SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS. If I could rate this ZERO stars I would.

I wouldn't have my hair done here again. Too expensive, took about 4 hours on my hair. And going threw my hair found mess-up high lights. NEVER AGAIN

I wouldnt come here if it was the last place on earth. i bought both my daughters and my sister in law. first daughter wanted blonde high lights it was more like skid marks all over 2nd daughter wanted her hair straightend they left her under the dryer for 2 hours and still had curls all around sister in law wanted purple tips now her whole head is a dark ass purple with brown spots all over 7 hours in and still here this place sucks.
