Three pedicures by three different people. A busy place where appointments help, I don't know if they accept walk ins. I had a french gel pedicure, a little rough and the leg massage was just ok. It's busy so the noise level was to be expected. My mom had her skin cut, which can happen, but she's 85 and bleeds easily and it wasn't acknowledged. My niece has in grown nails, they cleaned up the growth nicely and she had sunflowers to the nails and loved it. (Forgot to take her photo).
Extremely rude, not personable at all- hey I'm spending my money with you, be nice at least . They were talking in there own language- vibe I got it was about the customers. My nails look awful with bumps and ridges. NOT IMPRESSED. Especially for the price I paid.. looks like a kindergartener did it . Bottom line- if the nails looked spectacular I would've been fine with the lack of customer service and price.. but nope. The worst customer service ethic.
I had one of the best pedis ever with Vincent. He did an awesome job of massaging my legs and feet. His polish skills are also top notch.
I always enjoy my visits to NK Nails. The salon is exceptionally clean, the people are very professional and their work is the best! My favorite is Shayla but Aaron and several others are terrific too! It is a wonderful salon and they are very fast which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend NK Nails.
The place was good. The lights had dead flies. I also didn't like that all the employees were talking in another language instead of communicating with there clients. Seems like the majority of the clientele is regulars. The price was a little bit pricey but average for the city of Kearney. I also wish they had more dip options. Also, the sign on the wall should be live laugh love. Not sure who did it wrong. Everyone but Cody is great. I like Lynn and Lena the best!
