It was alright. Two nails broke within the first week sooo...went back and they wouldn't help me
OBSESSED. I had never been to Nifty Nails but I'll definitely be going back. The technicians were so kind to all of their customers & you can tell that they build relationships with their regular clients. I went in the evening, & one of the ladies walked me out & watched me get to my car safe. I love my nails & can't wait to go back!!!!
Such a great spot for a mani/pedi. My mom and her friends all come in here so I started to join when I was in town. Henry and Stephen take such great care of everyone and remember everyone by name. Super professional, clean and relaxing. Terrific gem!
First and last time I'll ever go to this salon. I've been getting my nails dipped for a year at another salon downtown but my girl was on vacation and I was due for a new set. I just happened to be in the mall and it was just more convenient to get them done there. I like the dip because it will last a good 3-4 weeks and it's better for your nails in general if you like getting nails done. But anyway, i went to nifty nails and there was no wait. The lady who did my nails was very friendly and the salon was nice and clean. However, I noticed that she was using a different technique, one I've never seen done before. But when she was finished my nails looked really pretty. Fast forward to 3 days later...one of my nails fell off, not broke but fell off! I don't do any type of heavy duty work so this shouldn't have happened. 2 days later another one pops off and by the end of the week every single nail was on the verge of popping off. I stay busy and didn't have time to go back to get them fixed at their shop so I had to buy nail glue just to keep the ones I had left on until I could make an appointment with my girl who normally does my nails. So, I won't be going back and don't recommend this place or at least getting dip nails there.
After reading the reviews, I scheduled an appointment. I got a full acrylic set. The guy that did my nails was very nice and he took his time with everything and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be back and was so happy I got what I paid for. This was the best nail salon experience I have ever had!
