Lee's Nails in Hattiesburg, MS

This is hands down the worst service I've EVER received. The nail techs were horrendous and eventually violent towards me. I truly don't understand how they are still in business.
I was unable to get into my usual nail salon and made the unfortunate decision to stop here simply because their hours say they're open until 7pm. I asked for nail dip and told the lady that I didn't like the way my nails looked after the first round of dipping them into the powder. She told me that she would fix it. After the second round I told the nail tech that I didn't like how they looked and again she said that she would fix them. I asked her to take the powder off and she said let her fix it, so I gave her yet another chance. She put clear polish over the dip and it STILL looked absolutely awful. I told her AGAIN that I did not like it and asked her to take it off. She got the older guy (I assume the owner) to come over. He told me that they looked great. I explained that I told her several times I do not like them and to please take them off. He told me to come back tomorrow. I told him I cannot come back and asked AGAIN for them to just take it off. I explained that I did not want them fixed, did not want anything different, only for them to take off the dip. He said that he had been doing nails for 20 years and that's how dip is suppose to look. He also told me that I should've know that powder dip looks different than acrylic before I asked for it. I explained that I know what dipped nails look like and that I still don't like how my nails looked. He told me they were leaving (about an hour before the posted closing time) and walked off. The lady then told me that I owed her $45. I told her that I absolutely would not pay full price considering I had expressed several times that I did NOT like how they looked and asked her to take it off. I handed her a $20 bill and she threw it at me, screamed at me, told me that I was cheap and disgusting. This woman continued to scream at me as I collected my things and left. I have never in my life had an experience like this in any customer service setting. It's beyond appalling.

Inconsistent.  Not friendly.  I wanted to like this place because there's usually not a wait, but I guess that should tell me something.  Second time I've left and had to get another salon to redo the polish.

Walked past this place and thought I'll give it a try. Not sure why it has such bad reviews. Thought they did an amazing job and they were friendly to me. My daughter and I got pedicures and manicures and they turned out lovely. Thanks

The guy doing nails was so RUDE!  He told me not to use the chair massage and took the remote saying its because I did not spend enough in there (I got a pedi polish change).  I told him he was being rude and I think I should just leave.  He screamed at me and said its because I am White that Black people never act that way then he told me I was ridiculous and should not come back.  They used a used nail file also and did not clean the pedi station!  Yuk!  I do not recommend going here EVER.

DO NOT GO! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! The older guy is very rude and unprofessional. I casually went into this place because my usual tech is booked. Once I sat down I get uneasy after he didn't wash his hands after doing a pedicure but used hand sanitizer! What? Yeah! So he started my fill in and began pushing my cuticles back with his finger nails, painful! Then started drilling my cuticles off with his drill. I immediately became uncomfortable and uneasy and said "sir are you shaving my cuticles off?" "Wait is that my skin/cuticle under this dried acrylic?!" I proceeded him to stop and guess what his response was. "Bye!"
Really "Bye?" Destroyed my cuticles with no apology? Cut my middle finger and ripped the hang nail off and you're gonna say bye? I'm telling you save your time! Somebody shut this place down. Very unsanitary practices using used filers. Seriously how much are files? Ugh! So disgusting! I left this place and did not pay and also warned the waiting customers to leave!!!

I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!
