Horrible experience, place wasn't busy at all. From start to finish of my pedicure it wasn't but 20min. Did not file or shape my nail, cut the cuticles, did a horrible paint job and rushed thru everything. Paid $50 for a soak, scrubbed the bottom of my feet and paint. I went to treat myself for Valentine's day and I literally feel like crying. While she was doing ti I asked her to fix things 3 different things. I'm not super picky and do t like writing bad reviews but this place is awful.

I was reluctant to come here because of the terrible reviews (all of which were from the previous years) but it was close to me so I figured I would give it a shot. I got gel nails and they got them don't pretty quickly with no wait time and they did great. Gel polish is only $17 which is a steal! I found my new nail spot!

So I went to nice nails the first time in a long time. The last time I went to nice nails I just got polish on my nails so this time, I wanted to find a better solution, then dip I got my first full set with acrylic. And I am very pleased. I also got a pedicure. It didn't hurt. She wasn't rushed all in all very calm experience and they're Open late enough for me to go after work.

I have to say this is my first experience brought by a local friend and I was treated with disrespect and was told that I could go somewhere else for service and he placed his hands to say go. This is not a way to treat customers and I can only imagine the employees being treated with dignity this is a place I don't recommend don't go!!!!

So I came here about a week and a half ago to get my nails done I paid $65 first thing that I notice is that they didn't work at all on my cuticles I knew that was gonna cause problems in the long run and sure enough it did. So two of my nails started lifting and one fell off completely that's never happened to me before in other nail places normally they last me like a month and I came to see if they can fix the problem but he said that he was not gonna take responsibility for the bad job they did on my nails so just wanted to let you guys know this place is not worth it please don't come don't waste your money on here there's so many other places in Indy that are much better than here.
