Nice Nails in Indianapolis, IN

I got my nails done 4 days ago (gel manicure and pedicure) they started peeling on the second day. the lady who did them said the black nail polish peels fast but with sparkles on top they'll last longer (she said like 2 weeks) but they didn't peel because of the polish, it was the application. it was done poorly, there was polish on my skin and that started peeling. she also tore up the skin around my nails which is irritating. this really deserves 1 star but i gave it 2 because the guy who did my toes did them good (and they're not peeling which proves it's not the polish). Not coming back, I recommend NA nails or Luxe nails.

They are unprofessional af I went in for a simple polish change the man took my gel polish off but left some on and it was very noticeable under the new color the owner then told me I was being to picky seriously I am paying u 20 bucks for a polish change on top of that the man looked like he had Staff infection on his face

I went to get my nails done this past week. I wanted gel nail for my toes and hands. At the end my nails looked a mess, so did my toes. The gentleman who did my nails did not once clean them up. Honestly I am at the end of my second trimester of pregnancy and I just didn't have the energy to go back and forth on how I did not like them. Also 4 days later, 2 days ago from NOW, they have ALREADY started chipping. I wasn't surprised seeing how the paint was messy anyway. I will never go back to this place, and I highly do not recommend anyone else doing so either. Also to mention, on one of my nails he didn't do a second coat and I knew bc it was lighter then all of my other nails. Smh.

This nail salon USED to be amazing. Over the last few years it was gone down sooooo much. I witnessed a customer ask the guy whom was giving pedicures if he had cleaned the tub out. He didn't say anything, he just went on to clean it. Which answered her question. He had not cleaned it before he was instructing her to sit down in the chair for her service. My situation I would assume, would be very common. I received my pedicure from the same person who did my nails. I'm not sure if her name, but she is the most Americanized Vietnamese worker there. Not the owner. My first issue was her stopping in the middle of my nail service to clip her own cuticles. My second issue was during the pedicure itself. I under how the process goes, but as she was scrubbing my feed, I let her know my problem areas, and instead of listening to me, she choose to say that it's her job and she knows what she is doing. I am a great tipper, however, she blew it. Will never go back again. Used I be a major fan of this nail shop. Not anymore. Wish I could less then one star. Maybe a half of one. Not to mention, I am not a heavier set person, but the chair I was in, felt and sounded like it was going to break down just from the massage being on. The whole atmosphere is supposed to be relaxing. It is not at all. Please save you money and go elsewhere.

The salon was gross. It looked like they hadn't cleaned the floor in a year. I had a gel manicure. A couple of my nails are lumpy. I also am unsure how long it will last. Typically the nail tech will have you use the up light a few times on the top layers but my echo insisted I only do one. I am certain my manicure will not last the full two weeks.
