It was busy and there was a lot of mother and daughter pamper time in the salon today. They're very accommodating to kids.

Will never go here again. Been a customer for a long time. Went in today with limited time, which they knew. Just needed my toes and fingernails painted. They tried to upsell me three times (pedicure, massage and manicure). I politely declined. Just needed gel polish. I was in here last week. Was charged $63 for gel polish. Makes zero sense to me. The sign on the wall indicated a gel mani is $28 but somehow I got charged $30 for polish only. Be careful here. Last week I got a pedicure and my heels hurt so bad that I can't walk on them in flip flops. Not the right way to treat long standing customers, or any customer for that matter.
So I started coming to this nail salon and like the work. However, I notice when I come I'm never offered bottle water and never treated with the same respect as the Caucasian customers. Actually my service became lax. When I mentioned to my tech about water she stated "they don't like you"... hmmm.. I have never given these people a reason to dislike me. So I really did not know how to respond to her. I notice the difference in treatment and I will not be spending my money here anymore. Very sad and hard to prove racism. But when you know you know.
We came here for manicures ahead of USCGA graduation. First of all, our nails look great-- well-dried and my mom's French tips are exactly how she likes them. They also did a good job trimming our cuticles. Staff was efficient, which is exactly what we needed, and friendly. A great place to stop by, especially if you're headed for a fancy event and need to glam up!
There is the rudest mail tech there!!! Won't go back. It's too bad because otherwise I liked it there.
