The worse service ever! Zita dont care about the customer, only about the money. I went for 2 braids and literally she pulled by scalp so far apart that I now have a bald spot. I went back the next day to complain and was hoping that it will be redone...nope, they just took a comb to try to pull out some of the hair from my scalp that is already sore with bumps. And pack a bunch of jam all over my head. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!

Zero stars if it was possible. I had a 9AM appointment for my 5 year old who was excited to get her hair done. We get there at 8:40am and wait in the car until the braided gets there which was 9:20 when she finally came. We get inside and was told to come back later, I said why would we come back if we have an appointment the braider called the owner and the owner says they had an appointment but no one is coming oh well. My daughter was gutted I will never come here again and it's a shame because I used to come here every few months, never again.

I got my hair done on Sunday! It looks horrible today on Tuesday like I've had it in for weeks..... I will not be coming back.

I give this place two stars because of their hours and willingness to take walk-ins. Other than that, the work is sub-par. Like many of these places, they braid too tight, no matter how many times you ask them not to. I asked MiMi, the stylist, to redo one braid and she said no. I told her that it hurts and she needs to do it over. She said no again. I firmly told her that I will not leave the shop until she does it over. Apparently that got her attention and she redid the braid. Again I repeatedly asked her not to braid tight. The price was appropriate and affordable, although they charge extra for thicker hair. I had to pay an extra $10. I also presented a coupon from their website that does not list any conditions for use. It says $10-20 off any service. When I asked if I could use it, the stylist said that it could not be used on cornrows. That really annoys me. I won't return to this place. It's just not worth it.

On top of not getting the style I asked for, even after showing them several pictures, I'll have to go back to get some braids done over. It hasn't even been a week and I've lost 4 braids already!!! This style is not cheap!! I've been coming here for years. But the last 2 times I've had to come back in less than a week to get braids done over that have come out. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I was seen early and was out in less than 3 hours. Maybe that's why they are coming out!
