Worst experience of my life. I've never seen a place THIS unsanitary that has managed to still stay in business. Electric nail buffers, nail files, cuticle clippers, and cuticle push back tools were being SHARED. Like, literally, the nail lady that just finished using the cuticle clipper on the man next to me passed it to the guy doing my pedicure so he could trim my cuticles! WHO DOES THAT?! I was disgusted and appalled. After seeing all of this happening, I literally ran out the store and cancelled my planned manicure. They also do not take cards and held my phone hostage while I went to an ATM next door. My pedicure was sloppy; French tip on my toes were uneven and excess nail polish were left on my toes surrounding the nails. I immediately removed the polish as soon as I got home because I was sooo disappointed. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
Amazing spot. It's a low key nail spot that my friend has been telling me about since forever. I went and they did not disappoint. Everyone is so nice and they are really willing to work with you to get your desired nail design. I'm writing this review after my second visit to refill my nails. First I did a pink gel polish and then i went back a few days ago to get a Jamaican inspired nail design. I love it there. And they are super affordable!
GREAT service. Skillful hands. I got a Pedicure here and it was just lovely. Nice massage chair, good color selection and I got such a beautiful nail design. And a reasonable price. I'm very happy with the results.
This place was HORRIBLE . Worst experience I ever had and I'm not a picky one ... This place was SO unsanitary. I went there for a pedicure . Once the customer before me was done , there was no clean up done . And there was dirt and skin peelings in the water. water. The floor was dirty . The lady doing my feet didn't wash her hands and they use the same equipment on everybody . Customer service was absolutely terrible . Everyone spoke Chinese . When I asked them to clean and not use certain things on me . Talkin about me in Chinese and u can tell by there face reactions they weren't saying anything nice . The lady who did my feet did it sloppy . No sanitizing of equipment ..
Do not under any circumstances go here. To start, the place was filthy and the entire room was unventilated, I don't know how the workers are able to stand it. I asked for a burgundy color and she said the closest they had was a dark rose. I should have gotten up and left right then. The gel is uneven and the edges are not finished. I may end up removing it myself tonight and redoing it somewhere else. It was only a $20 gel manicure but you seriously get what you pay for.
