My first time there and let me tell you Grace was absolutely amazing she took her time and made sure my cut was exactly what I wanted. She did not disappoint she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!
I went in with really thick and long hair. I wanted a cut and piggy-back perm. The girl took her time to make sure it was done properly. The instructor(s) came and kept tabs on me... and about 3 other girls came and helped. They did an excellent job. It was a great price, they listened to what I wanted and they took care of me as a paying customer. I will go back! :)
Took my son to get his hair cut here, and they butchered his hair. I ask for them to cut the sides really short and make the top longer, and blend the hair. I used the words fade and blend. The hair stylist did neither, and she was just a week before graduating. No instructor checked the work. It looks absolutely horrible. I will never go back. I could've done much better, I actually fixed it the best I could, but she buzzed it all the way up to the top of his head and left the top really long. Absolutely Horrible Experience; also the whole time I was there the instructors were just standing around gossiping.
This is a School. As stated very clearly, all work done by students.
I have been here a couple of times and never had a good hair cut with the execption of getting my head clipped short for the summer.
After I told the man who appeared to be running this place that my hair cut was the worst I had ever had and I needed to now go to a profesional place, he told me, "It's a five dollar hair cut. These are students." By the way, He was a total Jerk.
I wish I could give them zero stars.
