I always have a great experience at Neon Nails! They never overbook and take their time with each appointment. Staff are all very nice and give great manicures. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a good reasonably priced pedicure today. Several places had long waits, so I went to Neon Nails. There was 2 employees (maybe mom and daughter - the younger woman seemed to be in charge) and 1 customer. The place was large and modern, pretty clean, but odd to be empty on a Friday afternoon in the summer. The older woman did my pedicure, and did a fine job, although she only spoke a few times, mostly just motioned what I should do. The pedicure itself is pretty bare bones (no hot wax, no massage, watered down, but warm lotion). The price was standard ($30 before tip). They were not friendly, just business like. I am not likely to go again, but it was acceptable.

Do NOT use this salon. We called and made an appointment, arrived early and was told that they could not accommodate us. The owner/manager told us to come back tomorrow and that she was sorry. She did not offer any free services or any discounts as it was her fault. This was not a good customer service experience. In addition, she kept talking while serving other people. She needs to learn basic customer service skills .We left and went around the corner to HOT Nails. They took us without an appointment and no wait. Don't waste your time with this business.

Went here for the first time today with my mom and everything was great. We both got the dip polish and the same nail tech did both and it only took 45 min and the work she did was unbelievable. I have had my nails dipped many times, but this is by far the best and it's very easy to make and appointment and everyone is so kind. Also this is the cleanest salon I have been to in Erie and by far the best service.
