I came in as a walk in & was friendly greeted. Requested a gel mani & pedi. The gentleman that provided services name was Tim. We'll Tim provided above & beyond. I would highly recommend him & will definitely schedule a return visit. He also got me out in a timely manner. He also had a great attitude towards life. I have been living in Asheville for about one year & before & in past visits I have had the lady & man that were working either couldn't get me in, even if I called ahead. So, to sum up this review this experience w Tim @ Neo Nails was a 10. Thank you Tim for your services. Much greatly appreciated.
Came to Asheville on vacation and needed a pedicure. The service was alright. Quiet salon. After a couple days I realized I forgot my Stanley cup at the salon after I left. I've already returned home. Called the salon and asked them if I can pay shipping + extra for them to just send it back to me via UPS. The person who answered the phone told me he doesn't care and he's not going to do that for me and he's just going to keep my cup. Horrible customer service. I understand that's not your job and I never said it was your job, but customer service entails going above and beyond for your customer. You guys clearly don't care about anyone but yourselves!

Neo nails is an excellent place to get your pedicure and manicure done,I recently had a pedicure done for the first time ,and got excellent service, I never would've thought my toenails Look that good after them looking so bad.You need to make A appointment, Kim does my wife's manicure and pedicure and Vicky does my pedicure. now I make an appointment every 30 days, so Vicky can keep my toenails looking excellent since the summer is just around the corner.
