Great staff, professional, extremely patient and kind with my 86 year old mom (with advanced dementia).    We're there every 4 weeks and really appreciate them!

I went to get a pedicure here and wow!!! I live in the country and never wear shoes so my feet are always really rough but after this they were so soft but still had the same strength they did! It was super relaxing and the people were sooo nice! The day I went I felt very comfortable and all women were working there! Great place and would recommend 100%

I disregarded the negative reviews and gave this place a shot today.... Wow the unfriendliness is real! A bad attitude from start to finish. Not only that, this is probably the worst manicure I've ever had: nail polish on my fingers, gaps in some places, and around my nail edges on others. She said "okay you're done" and walked away. I then had to wait for 5 minutes just for someone to come to the front so I could pay. Wouldn't recommend to anyone considering

Terrible service and disrespectful! I came in and asked for a manicure and showed the lady my nails and said I really need the cuticles and hangnails addressed. I asked if they have cat eye polish and they did. Only a few options, but they did. She sat me down and cut and filed then asked me to go rinse my hands. I thought hmm ok usually I soak my nails while sitting there before getting my cuticles etc taken care of. After washing, I sat down and she was literally about to start applying nail polish. 1. I already asked for cuticle care, 2. She did a very rough job cutting my nails- some were oval and some were square smh! So after I reminded her of what I wanted and pointed out the random nail shapes she did, I was finally ready for polish. Long story short, SHE'S NEVER APPLIED CAT EYE IN HER LIFE. When I asked 1 simple question, she gets up and obviously starts making negative comments (I know body language, attitude, etc. even if it's not in English). It was sooo obvious. Even my friend mentioned how upset she was. She asked a guy to come over and do it while she watched. Anyone who knows cat eye polish knows that you move a magnet around to manipulate the design. He didn't know what he was doing either!! They looked ridiculous and when I wasn't happy with them, the lady at the front desk came over with an ATTITUDE and said "this is cat eye! He knows what he's doing! This is how it's supposed to look!" Mind you, this is not my first time getting this polish. As I explained why it's coming out badly, they literally all start talking to each other with the same body language as the other lady before. My friend and I looked at each other and I felt sooo irritated at the fact that they are making me seem like I am difficult and they know what they're doing when that obviously was not the case. This went on for the remainder of my appointment. The lady rang me up at the end and said absolutely nothing. Did I leave a tip? Yes!! Do I think they deserved it? Heck no! He didn't even put the oil or cream on my hands afterwards. He just stood up and walked away. They were sooo rude to me. After my friend finished (her nails were done so well and the lady knew what she was doing) they were so nice to her as we left. Never going back there.

If you find your self in Asheville && trying too give your self a experience-self- worth day go ahead and step in to DT Nails. Surrounded by so many convenience shops and easy errand running you find your self right off Of One of the main Roads where you can relax and take a minute too your Body. I wandered my way in too a very clean and friendly environment they have a wonderful staff!! My nails have been done by Kristi and my Pedicure was tookin care of by Lucy all staff have had wonderful training and they have tookin care of me since my first visit,, I hope you find your self in the shop and get that comfortable, relax, come back feeling I got too experience.
