Fui el sabado 26 de Agosto salon me colorearon el pelo y me dejaron todas Las canas al otro dia me di cuenta, me depilaron las cejas con cera y me quemaron, fue una experiencia horrible y me cobraron mas dinero

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in with dark hair almost black hair color. All I wanted was to lighten it one or two shades to match some extensions I had bought which were a nice chocolate medium brown. I brought them with me and they said they could do it. After my hair was done, my entire top of my head was RED. It was hideous, I left there crying and then decided to call and ask to talk to the lady who owned the business. She told me to come in and that she'll fix it but only made it worse by barely changing it. I left there and with a hoodie and hat went to the drugstore and bought two boxes of black hair dye. Had to dye the extremely expensive extensions and my hair black just to be able to work and do things normally. Please, DO NOT go here, you will regret it. I guess the saying " The cheapest things end up the most expensive in the end" is right. I wish I had just gone to a real salon, my hair might've been the perfect shade of brown right now but it's okay. Maybe one day I'll have the courage to give another salon a chance again, maybe in a few years.

If you have your ends dyed a little tiny bit lighter than your actual hair and you want all your hair one color (like brown) don't go here. These are not experts and they will make your life hell. I left there with the top of my head lighter than the rest of my hair and was still charged the same amount as well as them trying to charge me even more to just dry it. The lady told me to just wash the bottom a few times to lighten it up although the ends were close to black and the top of my head a light brown red. I'm so disappointed I came here and decided to take the worse chance of my life. I called the salon and asked for the owner since I been crying ever since I left that place, she told me to come in the morning and I am so afraid that she will ruin it even more. I don't know why I'm going to give her the chance to fix what her employees did to me. I'm so afraid and am still in tears. I'm praying so hard tonight. All I wanted was brown hair pray for me. I will give an update or new review update tomorrow after the scary salon visit.
