Neel thredz always make my eyebrows look amazing, i get many compliments after going here.

Eye lash application BURNS your eyes, throughout and after the process. Way to much glue!!!!!!!!!

*A experienced lash artist will always ensure your eyes are completely shut throughout the whole process.

My eyes were constantly burning during and after the procedure at Neel Thredz. Awful experience. I had to go back into Neel Thredz to have ALL that GLUE removed. Not only a Painful experience but a very unprofessional one.

* Applying lash extensions should be a relaxing pain free process when done professionally.

My eyelash extensions also poked and irritated my eyes. Lash extensions should NEVER be applied to the skin. The adhesive is not designed for contact with skin and will clog the pores potentially leading to blepharitis/hair loss/infection/allergy etc. Exactly what happened to me. Do NOT get eye lashes done here. Brows are ok (Sometimes) mostly by only one lady whom station is on far right. She is the best! She will actually have a true consultation with the client.

Worst place to get a Brazilian wax .. I've got a wax today and was bleeding so bad that I needed a pad .. turned out they cut my skin for 2cm very deep .. if you're not experienced why do you work on people's most sensitive part .. I wish I could add a picture to show how awful their job is .

I usually have nothing but positive things to say about this place but the last time I visited there were 3 people working and it appeared they all took their lunch at the same time. Another customer and I sat and were told "5 minutes". After 5 minutes, only one worker came out and I proceeded to sit there for another almost 15 minutes while watching the other 2 employees eat and gossip in the back room. I then asked if someone could please come out and do my eyebrows and was again told "5 minutes." Thankfully the worker who had already finished eating said she was done with the other customer and could take me at the exact time. The other workers did not come out from eating until I was on my way out. Not impressed by the customer service I experienced today.

I went to this place to get a set of eyelashes. I had been moving all day and decided to do something nice for myself. When I got there, it was a little busy and one of the two people working left. I let others go in front of me because I knew what I was doing was a longer service. I was up-sold to also get my eyebrows dyed "blond".

While waiting for the dye to set, I fell asleep in the chair and the worker made fun of me because I started to snore. I heard her as I woke up. And I heard a couple of folks who were waiting snicker. So, I spent $40 to do something nice for myself and became the object of ridicule.

Also the "blond" eyebrow dye service was a jet black. When she was done I looked like a circus clown.

There was also an issue at check out regarding their reward program.

I won't be back.
