Was in town visiting from Philadelphia and just happened to stumble across this store because of my boyfriend, so glad I did! I purchased the under eye cream and was amazed by the results! I will definitely keep this as part of my skincare routine and be looking into more of their products to help fight the signs of aging. I'm 45 and never had a skin care routine. With this product thankfully it's not to late! Definitely worth the money spent!

False advertising with their Facebook ad. Facial was not even an hour long. Dad stated facial was an hour and a half long No gold masks included as seen on the Facebook ad. And once you aren't interested in buying a facial package where are facials are priced at approximately $250 each they are done with you

Just run. Targeted by Facebook ad for $39 first time facial.. figured why not. Space is nice however service was not. #1 different pop/r&b music was playing in room on what sounded like a phone. It was graphic and not spa appropriate at all. #2 she didn't wash my face at all. She asked if I had anything on, I said a little makeup, she used an oil based makeup remover but then didn't wash it, just started applying mask product, THEN put headband on my hair pulling mask product onto my hair and placed paper towels on my chest? Weird because this place looks nice and has potential but service was very amateur and cheap. Not sure how effective that product was when my face wasn't even cleaned. She did several quick masks and led treatment. She was nice, she really was. I get this is a hard economy and places like this are very sales heavy with extremely overpriced product. However I've had at least a hundred facials in my life, this was a step above a mall kiosk trying to slather product on. At checkout I was offered half off product.. eye cream was $170 prediscount. I paid my $44 and GTFO as quickly as possible.

We went to Sedona for my birthday and we spend the weekend (this weekend actually)! We were walking with my dog and a lady outside the store wanted to let him and say hi! Then out of nowhere I find myself inside the store, she was very pushing not taking a no for an answer! It was my birthday so for some reason I felt rude to say no! She send me to a lady who was inside to talk to me about an eye cream that I didn't want nor requested. She wasn't wearing a mask, and didn't put it on... she made me feel so uncomfortable. I asked her if she was an esthetician since she was talking about products and she said no. She applies it with a Q tip and hand me a mirror immediately and she asks me if I see a result? Because she says that I have really bad under eyes. Mind you, I'm an Esthetician and I own my own business at home. I'm don't want to be rude and I understand that because of Covid people are trying to maintain their business afloat but this tactic is aggressive and rude. Specially coming from a sales person that actually knows nothing about ingredients and how the product actually works! I asked her and all she told me was that it helps with under eyes. I told her I wasn't interested, and she started talking about a peel that is only $399 a special deal for me! Lol. Then she asked me if I wanted to buy it and to remember to be consistent in order for it to work because my under eyes are really bad. Again all of this with no mask, using a fan for the eye cream to dry, no gloves were worn on applying the eye cream. It was all weird and it left a bad taste on my birthday! You can't produce sales by making people feel bad! Being in the beauty industry, is our job to make people feel good! That eye cream became so crusty and white within 10 minutes of wearing it! Please enforce wearing a mask to your employees. She was blonde, light eyes and she said she was from San Diego! Sorry to blast her out, but this is not okay! Management, fix this!

well if it sounds too good to be true! run do not walk do not stop the zero gravity products are really too good to be true. also the lifetime warranty is really a limited warranty of 2 yrs. then when a replacement under warranty is requested, guess what the company wants 99 dollars. they told us without additional charge. been attempting to get the sapphire blue replaced after being used about 40 times when first purchased jul 2018. i became very ill so just recently removed from box to use and it would not charge . these already were really really expensive after the 40 uses there really was not that much to brag about. the creams are really bad retin a and natural oils are much better beware i have spent days trying to get them to anser the phone or respond to emails nothing waiting to see why corporate requires the extra $99.00 and how long it takes them to respond at all i have to repost another person's post because just what happened to me i must dmit she did get a better bargain price than we did. ours were 1000 dollars each before tax like so many other unsuspecting people i fell victim to this place while visiting sedona az on vacation. i was lured into the store to try the eye cream which i will tell you, i really liked and ended up buying. the salesman wanted to give me a "free" facial which i ended up scheduling for the next morning. the free facial was anything but free. rather high pressure tactics to buy the zero gravity skin care machine. they promise they are giving you a "special deal, just for you" which seems to be the theme of the store. i unfortunately bit again, not for the most expensive device but rather the cheaper one. yes, for the bargain price of run, dont walk!!! sandra r
