Natural Nails in Ponca City, OK

i was in town for the weekend, decided to get a pedicure and fill. the guy who did my pedicure was super nice and friendly but did not do a good job for my pedicure. the lady who took car of my fill was absolutely rude the whole time. she was throwing my hands around, yelled at me when I didn't hear her the first time she spoke to me. plus she left dust on my nails and just decided to paint the polish over all of it.

I called today to check on closing time, availability of being served and COVID-related requirements. I was told they closed at 7 pm tonight (5-19-2021). I asked if I could come at 6 pm and was told "yes" and to "come on in". I arrived at 5:50 pm and they refused to accept me, stating they were booked for the evening. I reminded them that I called and was told by them that 6 pm would be good for me to "come on in".  They told me that now they were booked (in the last 40 minutes since I called) and that they could not attend to me.  I was also told that they do not take appointments now and walk ins only, so it is not their fault that too many people came in before I arrived.  In my opinion, don't agree for me to "come on in" at 6 pm then refuse to attend to me.  They were also quite rude when speaking to me since I advocated for myself.  I strongly DO NOT recommend this place.  This is the second time this has happened to me at this place...I call with a specific time, they agree for me to "come on in", they refuse to attend to me when I arrive.  There will not be a third time.  I will spend my time and money at another salon,... where the client is appreciated.

Love this place!  Alex is my favorite.  They do seem to not quite have enough room for how busy they are.  It appears they have plenty of staff, but there's not much room when the place is full which is almost always.  I have never received poor service and never been treated inappropriately.

I went to this location for the first time in May and had a great experience however the last two times I've tried to go I've been highly disappointed and will not be going back. Last time I was sat in a broke chair and left to sit for 40 min before I finally walked out. This time I was sat in a dirty chair and was ignored. After 20 minutes I walked out. If you can't accommodate walk ins take down your sign that says they are welcome.
