Natural Nail Lounge in Syosset, NY

This is my go to... From gel to just a manicure. Every time I come here no matter who helps me my nails always look great.

Not impressed. Manhattan prices, with sub-par quality. People were generally nice, but the actual nail service wasn't. Maybe my standards are too high, but with a $45 pedicure that includes "callous treatment" I did not expect to go back home and have to bend over my 8-month pregnant belly to do the pedicure myself that I just paid to have done. The woman doing my pedicure scrubbed my feet for about 30 sec each, and the shape of my nails were practically the same as I walked in, only shorter. For my manicure, my fingers were blamed for the crooked nail shape the woman filed for me (never in my life have I heard this before). And the gel manicure has bubbles and distorted shape.... it was really half-butt effort to just finish my services as quickly as possible. On the bright side, it has been 2 days and no chips, so yay....

Each and every time I come to this nail salon (been there 3x) I keep giving them another chance they won't let me leave the place unless I'm spending $150 on nails which I think is absolutely disgusting and Ludacris! They don't tell you that they will nickel and dime you for every single thing if your nail breaks for instance they fix your nail but don't tell you that they're going to charge you for that! A manicure pedicure for a 9 yr old girl $50?! Really since when?! They lost a customer today I will never go back! I work hard for my money and I don't appreciate these people trying to steal it from me for sub par nails I purposely left my nails short today I purposely didn't ask for any type of design or anything and I still spent $150 today nuts! They damage your nails too! Impatience during the removal process can result in nail damage with both gel polish and dip powder. Both manicures have the potential for damaging your nail beds, especially in the removal process.. This salon is impatient with the amount of time that it takes for the gel to dissolve, and they end up pulling the polish off, which ends up damaging the nail!!! So counterproductive for a place that market$ themselves as a "natural nail lounge " such a joke!

OMGosh! This place is stellar. I really cannot say enough about this place. I showed up there, was immediately concerned it would be very expensive because it is SO NICE when you walk in. I got a shellack manicure for $45 and it included a complementary shoulder and back massage by (Maria?); SHE WAS AMAZING. I have not yet gotten a pedicure there, but I will absolutely be returning and recommend it to anyone that wants a spa experience and high quality manicure. I'm attaching pictures 2 weeks after the manicure still looks fantastic!

I was recommended by a friend. It is so hard to find someone to do my nails exactly like I want them. It looks like I finally found the place. They have a huge assortment of colors. You know how it is, you see the color you like, but when it's on it looks totally different. Natural Nails got mine perfect I'm very happy. I will recommend!
