My nails peeled and cracked the next day and they weren't willing to rectify it at all or give me a small discount to redo. Unfortunately, this business is so close to me, but I will never be returning to this location or their location in martinsburg.
Don't even waste your time going here. i got french tips and the same day they chipped off when i took a shower. these pictures are 24 hours after my appointment. there's no reason nail polish should come off this much a day after getting them. I asked for a refund and they refused, said there was nothing they could do, and told me he was done with the conversation. very rude. unprofessional. & a huge waste of my time/money. i've seen many people complain about them and now i see why. the new management is horrible and the only good worker they have is Emily.
My first visit was a week ago and the tech "Nina" listened to what I asked for and shaped my full set pretty well. They turned out bulky & sloppy around the cuticles. Today a week later one of the nails collapsed ( wet polish) under last layer. I returned to get my issues fixed. It was an awkward conversation but I want what I want... While I was getting them done another customer was talking about nonsense like, drinking, having a pool and pool boys. Nina replied about how yucky it would be to have a "pool boy" and then went on to say how she doesn't want a "Eduardo, Manuel, or Hector" as her pool boy. As if only hidpanics are "pool boys" She repeated the hispanic names over & over and was loud. She was laughing it up and I found no humor in the racist comment.
Needless to say the customer & my tech's conversation was off putting and is just not the environment I want to sit for any amt of time to listen to. Nina fixed my issues adequately but I was uncomfortable. I will NOT be returning. Very unprofessional & off putting. $25.00 today listening to these comments.
i spent over $100.00 for delux pedicure and manicurew. nails chipped within 3 days. went back for touch up. owner refused to honor request. beware: nails chip within a couple days!
Having been a patron to Natalie's since 2020, I have seen the transformation! They have a gorgeous newly renovated salon with new management and it is worth a visit! I have found an excellent manicurist and she has consistently given me perfect nails for months. The staff have been friendly, accommodating, and helpful! I recently brought in my disabled mother-in-law for a full service pampering and they took amazing care of her! They adjusted and gave her everything she needed despite having healing injuries to her toes and arm from recent surgeries. I can't thank them enough for making it a special memory for us both. Make an appointment advance and get to know a good manicurist. Treat people with respect and you get it in return. And I have such a nice place to go get my nails, and brows done!
