I asked for a specific style. I sat there, Tried to trust the process... what i got was hideous. I kept telling the lady that my nails aren't the same as the picture and that i don't like them.. nothin was done. I'm furious . Paid 68+ for some kid-like nails
I went there to get a shellac pedicure on my toes, but not the foot massage and everything, I just wanted them painted. When I left I noticed my nails needed another layer. The next day one of them has a chunk Thats chipping. Then I went to the lake and when I got out 3 had chips. This was all maybe 4 days after I got them done! The reason I paid more for shellac was for it to last longer. My sister who went to a different place got normal polish a few days before me and went to the lake with me, and she has NO chips!
I asked for a "fill" and {they didn't ask me anything else and did way more} then charged me $40.00! I was so mad......the man who did my nails never said a word to me......and my nails were so uneven. I told them I didn't ask for anything special or extra. Apparently they used gel polish, which I did not ask for. They did not offer to do ANYTHING for me to make this right so I will never ever go back.
I went for a shellac manicure. First let me say they are unsanitary and use the same paper towel for all customers. Secondly, the only liquid my nails touched was the nail polish remover that my fingers soaked in. I didn't even get the stuff for the cuticles. I didn't get a massage but paid the same price. When I told the guy he missed some of the nail with the nail polish he rudely pushed my hand to go under the dryer. I will NEVER go back there!
I went in for a shellac manicure. I prefer shellac brand of polish and of course many places falsely advertise and use a competing brand of color that is not as sturdy. I literally got my nails done 20 minutes ago and I'm considering going somewhere else to re-do them. They sanded my nails done which at first she was conscious about only sanding off the nail polish, but then she continued to sand once that was done. I already have thin nails. THEN she put the polish on while I had not received any cuticle cutting, etc. and had debris from the filing all over my hands and nails. She would not let me sit my hands under the UV lights between coats which is vital to the shellac process, so I will NEVER return. I am already planning to get them re-done if my nails can hold up without breaking in the mean time.
