I usually try to give places multiple chances before leaving a review. I wanted to love this place because of the convenience and have had a semi-decent experience there. It very much depends on the tech you get and you can't make appointments, so if you get stuck with someone that doesn't care it shows. My friend with me the last time I went said her polish lasted two days and she had them done for vacation so she was out of state and couldn't get them fixed. The past three times my SNS have not lasted more than 3-4 days without cracking and the top coat coming off. My nails are now ruined and I have to get tips from how poorly shaped they were the last visit. I said something and she gave me such an attitude it was unreal. The last time they made my cuticle bleed and then dipped the whole finger in the powder which grossed me out. They rushed through the last few visits and my friend felt the same way. It was disappointing to say the least and I will not be back.
I've been going to this salon for just about six months and I have never been disappointed. My technician (Tina) always goes beyond good. I pay a little more for outstanding quality and service. Prom time it was extremely busy however I waited. ITS THAT GOOD!
Men should not go here. The Classic Pedicure, which is only $25 is not available to males. You must do the Man's Sport pedicure, which is $40.
Service: Pedicures I went to this salon on March 7, 2022 and had a pedicure done. By e next day my great was red a swollen, within 2 days it had started oozing and was very painful. I went to salon on Thursday March 10 to show them my toe. All I expected was acknowledgement and an expressed desire to make the customer happy. At the least they could have offered me a free pedicure. At least this would have possibly made me think about goin back. But they did not. The manager/owner tried to say he couldn't find that I had logged into their check In system and hadn't even came to their salon. They just kept saying no one at their salon would have done this to my toe and I probably just hit my toe on something. I did not. This was done by inexperienced staff who cut my mail too close to the quick. I am going to the urgent care today and contacting state board. If nails salon would like to make this right you can call me 404-955-3373 and offer me a refund and pay my urgent care co-pay of $40.
