I used to love this salon but I went there today and got terrible service and a poor quality manicure. The person doing my nails mocked me and laughed at me with another customer because I chose the wrong type of polish. Even as I'm leaving one of the corners of my nails is chipping and one of the nails is longer than all the others. Cost $45 and I know I could have gotten better quality somewhere else for a better price

I am very pleased with my recent visit to Jennifer Nail. I decided to check it out after seeing the advertised prices. It was $37 for a full set with gel polish. I think the tech did an excellent job and I would definitely come back. My only complaint is that they switched my tech halfway through. I would have rather had the same person do my nails the whole time.

THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS. I've been to this place a few times. I was always iffy about it but decided to brush it off due to the fact that it was cheap and convenient. I went in to get my acrylics off and get a gel manicure. First red flag was that they acted like they did not know what it means to get your acrylics off. I was told it was $10 to get them taken off(Most places cost $5 or nothing to take off acrylics). They reassured me that my nails are thin and it would not be a good idea. Had the owner and a lady working on my hands to take off my acrylics. I've been doing this for years and I have never once had a problem with getting gel polish on after having acrylics. Also, I've only had the acrylics for two months so it did not seem to be an issue. Other places I go to soak my nails then file them and its painless. WELL!!!! They decided to rip them off with an acrylic nail. I have this done before but they were very rough and quick and did not care that I was in pain. I was shaking in pain and turned my face away so they couldn't see me cry(I have a high pain tolerance and never cry). I took a look at one nail and it was halfway off and below the nub. They took my freaking nail off. I told them I did not want my nails done anymore and she continued to file my other hand. Still was a piece of acrylic and she decided to rip it off. Along with my other nail. I washed my hands and walked out. Owner demanded to be paid but I was not wasting $10 on my now painful, destroyed nails. I understand my nails were thin but other places would've taken their time and care to reassure my nails remained in one piece. AND they would've soaked them. Now I'm very unhappy with short, stubby, ripped nails. So I decided to write this yelp review(WHICH I NEVER DO) because yes, the place is very cheap but at this point, I'm traumatized and think I can do a better job on my nails by myself. Thanks Jennifer Nails for ruining my nice day.

I tried to purchase a gift card here and the lady was going to charge me sales tax on it. I explained to her that gift certificates do not get charged sales tax. She wouldn't have it. I have been going there for years. I explained to her that sales tax only gets charged with a transaction, not when purchasing a gift certificate. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment. There are far better nail salons in the area.

I had an awful experience here too , these people are rude every single one of them. Terrible attitudes. They're not updated with the new styles. Their plain. They can't even do acrylic right . They always saying $5 extra like how much money do you think I have to spend on my fucking nails? I spent $70 on my nails just for two designs on two nails and gel. Like are you out of your fucking mind ? No one except me will spend $70 on nails . Like the only reason I agreed to $70 cuz I hadn't gotten my nails done in a year and I felt like pampering myself. But never ever again will I pay that much. Like holy shit. They're overly priced . My mom got a massage there she said the room was very tight almost like closet-size and very claustrophobic. She has major anxiety so it was a very rough experience for her she said the lady didn't make her feel comfortable at all. Didn't use any oils .  Money waisted . and I had a big feeling that it was going to be a bad experience from the moment I walked in there. It's $20 by the way to get your face waxed.  These people need to take a human relations course seriously .
