Nails La La in Tallahassee, FL

My toes turn out cute but i was so scared the entire time it's so dirty in there and they don't use the plastic in the foot bowls. Scared imma get fungus but I had to stick it out only nail salon open @8am

"I absolutely adore Nails LaLa! As a long-time customer, I've always enjoyed their top-notch service. While there are occasional moments of annoyance due to snooty clients, the professionalism of the technicians shines through. However, it's disappointing when such behavior disrupts the friendly atmosphere I cherish. Despite these rare occurrences, my overall experience has been fantastic. I fully understand that specific services may incur extra charges, and I'm completely fine with that policy. Recently, I witnessed a patron causing a scene over design charges, which seemed trivial to me. Their behavior was rude and obnoxious, disrupting the salon's ambiance. If it were up to me, I'd have charged them even more for their outrageous behavior. I mean, who walks into a salon claiming ignorance about extra charges, especially after years of regular visits.

Not only the service was terrible but also they're job on the nails !!! The charged me a 100$ that's already a scam and a week later half of them broke!!! Mind you I know how to take care of nails and been having them for years !! Never seen anything like that!! Scammers never go there!!

I went in with my friend and I got the third option of pedicure with regular polish ($40) and my friend got the first option ($30) with gel which was an extra $10. This is what we asked for. As the service continued, I noticed the woman who was doing my friends nails was being more thorough with it. I definitely over paid for my service. It was also very short and it felt rushed. Once we went to go pay the total came out to be $90. I'm not really sure where the extra $10 came from. Right as we were getting in the car we saw the women who were doing our nails rushing out of the building, so this just proves the fact that they were rushing. I'm in the service industry so I do understand that people want to get home, but I know that if I were in the same situation I wouldn't have agreed to do the service if I knew I couldn't fulfill a customer's needs. I just don't appreciate how expensive it was for so little in return.

My nails were very clearly rushed and don't look good at all. I came for a mani and a pedi and thought I'd try a new place. The environment was very messy and I felt uncomfortable from the moment I sat down. They did my full set at the same time as my pedicure and I had to uncomfortably reach across my body for her to be able to reach both my hands. The entire time both nail techs were gossiping about their family members/ and others workers in the salon I presume. They asked me if I wanted to get loose glitter instead of glitter polish and I said if it would last til my birthday and they said it would, so I got it, not even 30 minutes after I left majority of the glitter is gone and all I did was drive home. I noticed it start to fall when I was there and asked them to fix it and it resulted in a chunky price of acrylic sticking off the top of my nail. I'm so disappointed in this service. They're chunky, messy and poorly shaped, and Crocked!! . And there's nothing but patchy glitter splotches left on the glitter nails and it's only been an hour sense I got them done.
