Do not it's a warning it was like sitting in social services for food stamps LOL but seriously this place is unbelievable I was there for 1:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the storm her machine shut down and she was telling me that I had to leave something she kept saying over and over and over you have to leave something is she out of her mind her card machine shut down this is not the first time that I've been to her business and paid the storm came her machine cut down shut down and she was angry and you got to leave something even though I kept telling her over and over and over as soon as my cab come out to come and you know go and pay her but she was not having it she was so disrespectful it was ridiculous but I would never ever ever ever go back to that place again I never seen anything like that before in my life never go there again in Life or recommend anyone to go there I'm in a wheelchair it was the worst experience that I ever had customer service was poor even the mother it was just ridiculous it was really really sad to see that type of atmosphere I pray that they read their reviews that they treat their customers better and always always have a backup plan you never know who you're speaking with or who you speaking to you lose a lot of business that way always remember word of mouth is the best advertisement and it doesn't seem as though you guys are doing that very that well and I'm pretty sure that you won't if you keep the same attitude that that salon has the mother and the daughter that's by the door read the reviews everyone

My sister had a great experience with her pedicure from a teenage boy but I had a different experience. I asked for SNS and it was botched, I let her try twice and then decided that I wasn't going to pay for it because she continued to mess up. Two of the women working there (including the women who messed up my nails) argues with me and continued to touch my nails and snatch my hand. They tried to make me pay $20 for extremely awful nails. We agreed to pay $10 plus the $23 for my sisters nails. When I got the receipt and they over charged us even though we told them the price to charge us and they also did the math on the calculator in front of us. They kept persisting to redo my nails but by this time I just wanted to leave. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SNS

I came in on a Saturday around 4p and there was no wait. There's ALWAYS a wait at other salons on saturdays, so I instantly thought that the service would be poor or prices would be ridiculous..that people weren't here for a reason. But no. My pedi was $20 and I'm very happy with the massage, scrubbing and polish. The lady was really sweet and personable. Compared to the salon i usually go to in Charlotte..the interior is lacking. But I'm not really concerned about that. No complaints.

One Saturday morning I decided to get my nails done. I went to Nail Image and asked for a full set. An older woman there guided me to her chair. She proceeded with the process of appyling my nails. She nicked my thumb cuticle with the nail machine and it was bleeding before I left. As she was going through the process, I noticed that my nails didn't look the way they normally do when I get a full set. I let her finish the process hoping that she would smooth them out and file them correctly. Oh boy was I wrong! When she finished, I almost cried.  They looked so awful. I have never had  a full set that looked so bad. I wasted my $20.00. When I left there I was so upset I immediately found another nail salon and asked them to please help me. They went back over her work by shaping  them and smoothing them out like she should have. Of course I had to spend more money for something that older woman couldn't do correctly. She should not be doing nails. I will never return to Nail Image again and suggest that no one  go there to get your nails done.
