Megan and her husband Brian are the best. There are hard working and make sure you're a satisfied customer or they will fix any mistake. I always go to Megan for manicure designs, she does amazing work with nail shapes as well. Always perfect!!!! The women doing pedicures take their time and do stellar work.
My first time here and went with my bf for pedicures. He's been going here for years. All of the staff was sooooo friendly, polite and talkative. That is very hard to come by these days. My pedicure was just what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back.
Lovely staff and quick service. They let me walk in for a brow wax and did a wonderful job.
I keep trying to give this place a chance, but they are never consistent. My last visit there I noticed a bubble on the shellac painted on one of my fingers. I asked the nail technician if he could just paint another coat on that finger to fill in the bubble, and for some reason he refused to and attempted to file it. The bubble did not disappear with the filing and he seemed to be getting frustrated that I was questioning it. Eventually, after some huffing and puffing, he added another coat, and voila the bubble disappeared. Probably would have saved some time if this was done from the get go. I don't think I am an extremely picky client, but I feel that the bubble was definitely noticeable and could have been fixed quickly. Also, it seems like all the technicians who do shellac manicures paint over your cuticles which then causes the shellac to lift with growth and then ultimately start peeling off. This shellac did not even last a week.
I do not recommend people get pedicures here anymore after my experience. I have had two ingrown toe nails grow after getting a pedi here and I never in my entire life have had one. It got so bad I was getting one regularly but I kept coming here I know I don't know why I didn't stop. Don't get me wrong they do a good job and it's reasonable pricing but i guess that's why I kept going back. You get what you pay for for sure. After my last visit I have had a ingrown toe nail removed from a pediatric. Horrible experience . Guys make sure they don't cut your toe nails round keep them squared.
