though my nails did turn out, i wasn't told a wait and ended up in an hour plus wait just to get a salon seat. on top of this there is a 7 year old child running around on her own dancing and trying to play card games with everyone. the man who did my nails didn't speak to me other then asking color and shape. like i said, nails look nice but for the price, experience didn't mean expectations.
Fantastic service , always accommodating and they offer a full array of services . Mike does a very through job , great massage , very receptive to clients wishes . Clean bright atmosphere , great cost is reasonable . Would highly recommend .
Oh my gosh! The WORST experience ever getting my eyebrow and upper lip waxed. My two daughters and I went and I almost turned right back around. Heather took us to their backroom where another employee was eating her lunch and doing laundry. I had to lay down on a couch my head on one arm my feet on the other. The wax was thick and chunky and she slowly peeled it off. So slow in fact that it didn't even take my hairs off! She had to go back and pluck. And STILL MISSED A SPOT ON MY LIP! My two daughters experience wasn't any better and we actually left with small amount of hair still on their lip bc "I tried 3 times and it not come off must be the root of the hair" no lady you used too much wax and the hair is now stuck to the skin so you can't get it off. I will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone to ever go there. And the worst part was it was immensely over priced 67.88 for three of us to get waxed. The last salon I went to (Zen Nails who was booked up for the weekend) was only 54 and they had a professional waxing room, were clean, and got ALL of our hairs with WAY less pain. If I could give zero stars to this place I would.
Making an appointment here is useless. Also, I got acrylics done by the owner of the store and it was the worst my nails have ever looked. He paid no attention to detail and rushed the job to start on another client.
