Nails Care in Vallejo, CA

I had an acrylic fill and pedicure on Saturday, I have been to this place a few years ago and the price was really good. I got a pedicure as well, half way thru the pedicure a guy starts doing my fill and he goes to one side and wants me to reach my left arm over to the right side and hold it there while he does my nails. I had Breast Cancer on my left side and they took a lot of lymph nodes out of left arm and it is very weak. My manicure fill is the worst I've ever had. None are the same length and he filed them crooked. My pedicure was great, even though I asked for the $30. one and they gave me the $50. One with out a word and my $35.00 fill and my $30 pedicure cost me $111.00 why it's more they don't tell you.

I go literally every 2 weeks and John's attitude makes me not want to return because there was A new technician and I absolutely did not like how my nails were getting done so I said hey im sorry no thank you I will go elsewhere oh sorry not to mention he only had done 1nail anyway so John sees me leaving and he says he will do mind you I requested for john in the first place so he proceeds to do my nails and he's throwing the acrylic on my nails so sloppy and mad and angry so at this point I'm like I don't even want this man doing my nails either I just rather go somewhere else wait to get my wax and never retire actually so I get it done and as I'm getting them done he has a habit of pushing a service on you that you never ask for and he loves to put diamonds on your nails that's so tacky and will continue to ask you but don't give me wrong overall they have had good technicians and usually John does really good nails and that's how I know he did my nails screwed up because he was upset that I complain about the guy that he told on me in the first place I don't want someone practicing on my nails especially if I'm paying my hard on money and I know that's a problems with a lot of people that I know for a fact that used to come to him they feel like he has a really nasty attitude and he complains when someone is complaining about the service that they are paying for if someone is paying 100+ dollars for a service I feel like they should have all right to ask for something to be fixed or request for something that they know they want and not for someone to basically tell them that that don't look good or whatever

I'd give 0 stars if i could. I had a horrible experience when i went , i was overcharged for my entire service, which is frustrating because they did such a terrible job especially on my pedicure. The man doing my pedicure spoke zero English, and whenever i asked for something he just ignored me and completely disregarded what i said. It was the most painful and uncomfortable pedicure I've ever gotten. John did decent on my nails but he was very rude and when i made the complaint about my pedicure he said "I'll take $5 off" but for the amount of money i spent that was not satisfying at all. Everyone in there is rude & the service is terrible. John does not honor his appointment times at all (as i saw him overbook and mislead his customers multiple times). I won't be going back and i don't recommend this shop to anyone either.

John always does an amazing job and listens to my needs for the most part . I wish I knew the other girl who helped me the last 2 times because John was overbooked , but, she sits in the back the tast times I have gone there and definitely displays certain work habits of her own

Everyone in this salon is so pleasant except for John he has the worst attitude and will change your entire experience even if your go to somebody else he's far from welcoming inconsistent in pricing and is very rude on top of this he sometimes is coughing all over the shop and barely washes his hand these ladies deserve a better work environment he also will make you uncomfortable about using your debit card suggesting you should have cash and charges extra be cause you're using your debit card I use to think this was worth bypassing due to the prices being affordable but you truly get what you pay for
