Non Beauty & Spa in Vallejo, CA

The pedicure itself was overall good. However, I had made an appointment, and they had me soak my feet for 30 minutes while they finished up other people. I can understand being a few minutes late, but 30 minutes was a bit excessive. Also, not their fault, but the entire duration of my pedicure, there were people outside of the store next door, yelling.

I went to get my lashes done here because it was one of the lowest price quotes I found. Let me start by saying that non-beauty and spa is not the name listed on the front of the business. I can't remember the exact name, but I had to call once I entered the strip mall because I saw no sign with "Non Beauty & Spa" (which is a super off-putting name anyway). After entering and checking in, I was lead to a storage closet for my service. During my service the lash tech often yelled over the partition engaging in side conversations. At one point another person came into the tiny space and they had a loud conversation over me. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm giving 3 stars because I was pleased with the outcome of my lashes, and aside from the loud conversations during my service the tech was sweet. So, if you want quick, down and dirty with no advance appointment this is your place. I would suggest spending a little more for an all around better experience elsewhere.

I am never disappointed when I come for service. I am so happy about the skills set the techs have at this salon and the customer service is always warm and welcoming. again, if I had only taken a before and after photo you'd see how my nails were restored also, no time or ability for a complete pedicure so getting a color change is always recommended if that's the case I've visited other salons and when getting a coLOR change they won't even put on the product that will secure regular nail polish in place so it will not chip off easily, but here they always ensure to make sure you're getting your moneys worth and I just believe it's their love for what they do in this business. Make an appointment it's also well kept and beautiful inside.

If you are looking for a relaxing time to have your nails done, this is the spot for you. Staff are not rude, very professional, attentive to what you like and your preference and actually will do it and would ask you if they are doing it right. It is very rare that you could find a place like this who would do it right. They were not talking out loud on their language and not on their phone when they are with a client and they actually talk to you yet respect that you want to be relaxed at the same time. I would recommend this place. Mia and Kang are great. They absolutely followed what i had asked. I will be recommending this place to friends and family.

Just got my nails done. I'm not sure the name of the lady that did my nails but she had made my fingers bleed while filing. I told her multiple times to please be careful til the 3rd time. She was not careful and very unprofessional. Thank goodness she switched with another nail tech and she finished the job. I was there for literally 2 1/2 hours!! The 1st lady did each of my nail for 3-5 minutes!! Don't get me wrong, I like going there but , this lady seems new. I've never seen her there before. I was very patient and nice about it. I even paid for the service but I will not be returning. The place sucks balls!!!
