This is a great salon. Their knowledge has helped me keep my nails nice. Their service is second to none and very affordable. I look forward to getting manicures and pedicures, where at first I was intimidated. You know a guy getting his nails done. Now I feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to everyone, well worth an extra trip.
Before my son's wedding I was in need of some stress relief and pampering. My daughter and I had the best time with Nancy. She really went the extra mile to make us feel relaxed and our nails beautiful! It was a wonderful experience! I received many compliments on my nails as well.
I drove a long way (45 miles) for one service from this establishment. When talking with my technician, I explained what I was looking for and wanted, she said I was looking for perfection. She told me "this is the best that I can do and if that is not enough, we should part ways now." She further said if we continue to try and work together, it would cause us both a lot of stress and neither one of us will ever be happy. While I appreciate her frankness, I found the delivery to be rather conceited, especially when she told me she does good business because she caters to the wealthy. If you are wealthy, in this area, and don't mind a mediocre set of nails, then this is your place. If you are looking for perfect nails, I know where to get them and it is not here. (No, really, I do know someone who can give you Rick's Nails, if you know what I mean.)
Horrible I made an appointment and was not informed of their 24 hours cancellation policy (if you are unable to make your appointment for any reason you WILL be charged of the appointment) I have a new born baby and had something come up that made it imposable for me to make my appointment. I called Cindi several hours before my scheduled time to reschedule my appointment and she screamed at me on the phone for canceling and told me I would have to pay for the appointment. She was not willing to work with me at all. I have never been treated so horrible by anyone in my whole life I would not recommend this place to anyone
