I have a couple split nails and had a big event coming up so I've been getting the transparent, matte, gel nails to help my nails grow back normally and not continue to break. Jenny does an amazing job and listened to my request to not have the "build up" of gel that women typically do. They turn out awesome every time and I'll soon have them removed and be back to my old healthy nails. I sent my mom and friends here and they all had excellent experiences as well. Great atmosphere and staff, a true gem of a small business in the west metro. Highly recommended for men and women.
Do NOT go here. These people did not clean their tools and I got herpetic whitlow. After I got my acrylics done my fingers burned really bad but I shook it off. A few days later, I had bubbly blisters on my fingertips right below my nail and some underneath my fingernail. They were very painful and itchy. I went to the doctor and was told I got herpetic whitlow which is a distant strand of herpes that causes blisters on the fingers and the virus lasts your whole life such as herpes. I came in the next day and showed them my doctors note and told them that the cuts on my fingers made by their tool was how the virus got into my body. They refused to give me a refund saying they spent time on my nails. After 30 minutes of arguing and threatening to tell the health department she threatened to call the cops and laughed in me and my moms faces. I eventually got my full refund after lots and lots of arguing. Very unprofessional and rude. The least she could do after giving me a life long virus was give me my refund.
I was really surprised to see low stars. This place was great! It's clean, they're quick and accommodating and fantastic at what they do! I'll definitel be back
My nails chipped after 2-3 days. I will not be return. Sub par foot massage too. I had an apt and they were like 30-40 behind.
I am normally pleased with my service here but today I got here early so I could get my nails done, it says they open at 9:30am on Saturdays and it is now 9:45am AND THEY ARE STILL NOT OPEN! I'm very disappointed as my time is limited since I have little ones at home.
