I've been going here 25 years. They're the best, hands down. Jenny has always gotten me right for any occasion. Love y'all!
I've been here a couple of times, the wait isn't terribly long but I have only gone during lunch time in the week. The first time an older gentleman did my nails and I LOVED THEM. They lasted a month with wear or tear. And I'm very hard on my nails. The next couple of times I got a lady, she was very sweet but I've had issues with my polish not staying on after only a day of wear. Needless to say if I go back I'll request to have that First Gentleman, But I was not impressed with the quality the last couple of trips. Clean salon with nice music, typically a little loud inside, but hey it is in the middle of a mall.
The wait times are a little long and they accidentally made me bleed, but my nails look really good! I wish I would've known how expensive they are before choosing to go to them. However, it was a much needed trip to the nail salon so I didn't mind the splurge.
The store was a little dirty but the tools were prepackaged. The downside for me was paying $40 for a pedicure only to be done half way. The person that did my pedicure was in a hurry to leave for the day and made a point to say I was their last client. Some in my group liked their manicures, I just feel I could have done a better job myself rancher than pay the $40.
When I entered the salon, everything looked clean and I was greeted/spoken politely to, but that's about the extent of the pros here. I wanted a gel manicure manicure and when my technician began filing my nails, I knew it wasn't gonna be good. I had tried so hard to grow my nails out naturally, and she shaved them COMPLETELY down. It was rough and painful. When she sent me to wash my hands, I had barely dried them when she handed me a book of colors to choose from. I took it from her, and sat down to look. She STOOD OVER ME, asking what color. I felt rushed, so in an honest 10 seconds, I picked a color. On my way out, I was thanked for my business, which I appreciated, but at the end of it, I was left with super short nails that were sore. And I'm not spending $30 at a salon to feel rushed or hurt. Pretty sure the point of going is to feel the opposite.
