I am very impressed with this establishment! When I walked in I noticed how focused the nail techs were and how much they cared about the work they preformed. Once I got seated I had a specific idea in mind and my nail tech had no problem accomplishing it! Definitely my favorite set of nails yet!

Zero Rating for me. I had the most awful experience ever in any Salon.  I am used to being a little bit pampered for what I pay for and I don't tolerate rudness.  So I am very sorry if this review is too long:

Worse Pedicure Ever by Tammy:

* Didn't have a covering on her table and powder was flying all over the place.
* She asked me, what color do I want.  I've never been there before so and I expected her to bring me a color chart before asking me.
* I booked to have a nail dip manicure and a gel pedicure, yet she asked me if I was having an acrylic mani. I would think you should know what your customer booked.
* Told me to sit on the chair to have a pedicure before filling it with water. So I had my feet in the tub when I realized it was not filled with water. She started putting the plastic cover around the tub expecting me to move my feet off after she had told me to get in. Non-verbal.
* Asked me to get in without pulling my long pants up - my hands were in plastic gloves with the polish remover around my nails, so I couln't do it. I had to ask her to please pull my long pants up so they don't get wet thanking her all the while - never said you are welcome.
* I had booked for a Gel pedicure, and she didn't completely remove the old gel polish off my toe nails, before I noticed, and till I told her to.  Mind you if I were having a regular pedicure, she started polishing my nails with regular polish instead of gel polish and didn't even put base coat on before. Didn't understand what I was saying to her about removing the gel polish from my toes.  Got very annoyed that I told her she was doing something wrong.
* Left the polish remover on my nails way too long. I had to ask her to please remove the nail polish remover cotton because my nails are very delicate.  She said - you can take it off - instead of her doing it.
* Had an attitude whenever I asked her about something.
* Never asked me if I wanted my toenails cut. So I asked her why didn't she ask. She then did asked me, but with an attitude.
* I said to her that I didn't think she knew what she was doing and that I don't think I want her to do my fingernails. So she said, don't worry I'll get somebody else for that. But before she even finished my toenails, she went to her boss and started talking in a language which I could not understand. So I went to her boss and explain to him what was happening and that I didn't appreciate her talking about me when I couldn't understand what she was saying in order for me to defend myself. The boss just looked at me like he was in another world, so I walked out without paying for the partial pedicure. She started yelling out her lungs saying that I couldn't leave without paying for the pedicure, which was very incomplete.  So I continued to leave never looking back. I will never ever go back to that nail salon where even the boss didn't try to resolve the problem.

There are some really good nail techs and then some bad ones. I got my nails done in July and absolutely loved them so I came back again last week. But this time I was with a nail tech who seemed to take every walk in, to the point of rushing and sloppy nails. I asked for opaque on my dip, what made them sparkly the last time. I noticed my nail tech said yes to a pedicure walk-in while still doing my nails so she started rushing the final stages. When we got to the sparkle part I felt she purposely did it bad on one nail to tell me "no good" so I wouldn't get it. Which then allowed her to rush away from me to do a pedicure. I was disappointed because I really loved my nails before, but this time they weren't what I asked for because she purposely rushed me for more business. If you go I'd say make an appointment or go on non-busy times/days. It's really 50/50 what you'll get, my dip nails are already lifting up after a week but my last set lasted 5 weeks. All because the woman rushed me :(

Excellent nails- large variety of services and colors and options.  We went with the deluxe pedicure- very thorough.  I let her know that I was ticklish and she did a great job of not ticking me.  It was fast and a really great pedicure.

TERRIBLE!  I will never go back.  I just got through the experience.  I was gifted a mani/pedi from a dear friend for this place.  It was intended to be a pampering event.  I can't tell you how horrible the service was.  The woman worked on both and seemed to be disgusted by my existence.  It seemed to be too much to provide any verbal engagement.  She would grab at my hands and feet then shove them away.  If I didn't know what she wanted me to do, she was irritated.  The "massages" were so cold and almost hostile.  The quality is mediocre at best.  When I went to collect the balance from the certificate they would only give me another certificate.  They would not give the money back.  Don't buy gift certificates here...better yet...go somewhere else.
