Still great, still the only place I will get my nails done. Just wanted to update my review to add that I always make my appointments with MOLLY and my sister always makes her appointments with ALICE. They are great!
A lady working here did the worst job. she messed up my nails so bad and charged me an extra $10 for something I didn't even want. She cut my nails down to ugly little stubs and when I confronted her about it she just ignored me and kept on cutting my nails. When she went to put the polish on she forgot my nail color and asked me to pick out another one I was so pissed off that I just did what she said because I wanted this to be over. Then she grabbed me by my arm and put me back on my seat I was so shocked about what happened that I didn't even know what to say. She said oh I forgot to push back your cuticles and so she did that but ended up cutting me in the process. I started to bleed but then she put nail polish over acting like it never even happend. I said can I please have your attention very firmly and that's when she looked up. I said my nails look ugly because you cut them into little stubs. Then she said a bunch of stuff that I couldn't understand. She then got acrylic nail product and started to make my nails into acrylic basically and I was just so mad that I just let her do it because I just wanted it to be over. I ended up paying $95 for nails that I didn't want including the extra $10 so $100 actually. I will never come here again and I suggest you don't either.
I got the older man that was here and he was first off he was extremely rude the entire time, and second of all he did the bare minimum of work. He also made me sit with my hands in front of the hand held fans instead of just seating me at the actual nail dryers that were perfectly capable. I asked him how long and he just said all snappy "wait 5 more minutes." Because of this my nails didnt fully dry in the first place.
They did a horrible job. Ive been coming here for about 6-9 months now and I spend about $80 every trip Last time was Saturday, November 17th and they had a new teenager working on my nails. He didnt shape my nails, didnt push my cuticles, nor did he even do a decent paint job. I wasted $$ and I am seriously upset since this was supposed to be my Thanksgiving nail set Now I have to find a new place.
Pretty salon, prices are a bit high than what I'm used too. The polish on my toes started to chip and it had not been a week since I came in the salon. Since moving here to Maryland I have had a hard time finding a reasonable and nice salon.
