Me, my mom and my sister have been coming here for a couple years now and they're usually good but there have been a couple instances where one of us has been cut due to rough filing/filing too hard or one of our toes gets infected. We came on October 7th 2023 to get pedicures. I had Linda, my sister had the guy and my mom had Lisa. I'm unsure of what the tool was but she dug hard on the side of my mom's toe to get the ingrown out. Then the next day my mom's toe is very painful and the 9th it was infected! It's still very infected and painful. Will not be back! Absolutely ridiculous! PICTURE INCLUDED! It has gotten worse. Linda and the guy were very gentle and respectful.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting my nails done by a technician named Lisa at a local nail salon, and I must say, it was far from satisfactory. I came in with high hopes and expectations, but I left feeling utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. Do not come here, Lisa will yell at you as customers.
Been going to this place for at least a year now! Selena is by far my favorite and always leaves me looking amazing!! Literally never break or chip and last for 3-4 weeks every time!
This is only my second visit!!! I was under the assumption that if the nail tech could do long tips she could do a natural sns dip powder application on my natural nails. Apparently I was wrong! My left hand looks like bubble nails and it feel like I have concrete on my skin, also my left hand hands so many cuts from the nail tech. Never again. I think this was a bad night for Lisa.
they charged twice more then i've seen at a nail salon, for terrible quality. a staff was extremely disrespectful, and constantly coughing ignorantly not trying to be sanitized or respectful by covering their mouth especially during a time like this where people can catch covid. the staff rushed us, everyone experiences are different but mine wasn't good
