Nail Trix & Spa in Baltimore, MD

So my regular nail salon didn't have any openings so I came here. Never again. She cut my nails down after I said I didn't want them cut down. She cut my real nail all the way down and my nail tech has been growing them for months. I was pissed. Then she kept scraping my fingers with the file rushing I guess. Some of my nails are bumpy and there's acrylic all over my fingers. Don't go here. I'm going back and they gonna fix them

I thought that this was gonna be a good visit. I hadn't been here in some time. I guess I found out again why I had not been back here. I didn't want to travel far but, wanted to retry this place. I hate when I'm paying for a personal service and it simply doesn't feel personable. No reason two different people should have to do my pedicure. It's a big NO for me. I'm used to my feet feeling soft after a pedicure. Nope that didn't happen. I had spots of skin that I had to ask to be removed. This is definitely a NO RETURN for me. Maybe I should have read the previous reviews first. The one star is just for being clean. Don't let the photos fool you. At all means pass by this place. You will thank me later.

I made an appointment for 3:30 pm. I arrived on time, selected my color. An hour and thirty minutes later, I am still sitting with my feet soaking, waiting. I inquired how much longer the wait would be and was told we are busy now. Unacceptable! An hour and a half later, I received services; however, my nails are rough, bumpy, distorted, and missing polish by the nail beds. Three and a half hours later, after trying to fix my nails, she took $15 off. I do not plan on patronizing this establishment again, and I would not recommend their services.

It was disheartening, confusing and disappointing. I can't even say I'm referencing my service because I was not serviced. I went for a pedicure on 6/20/21 at 5:00pm. The business closes at 6:00pm. When I walked in, there were two women doing manicures for two customers. No one was waiting. I was naturally excited that I wouldn't have a long wait! My experience was even shorter than expected. They asked me if I could come back tomorrow. I told them I'd be working and expressed confusion since it was an hour before closing. They said it was just the two of them there. There was an hour before they closed and I had time to spare, but they wouldn't take me. I clarified if they were saying that they did not want my business because that is how I was interpreting what was happening. I had to mentally process all evening how a business, with an entire hour left, can arbitrarily choose to deny a service because they no longer feel like being open. It was also hard not to wonder why they chose me, and why the neon open sign was still on and the doors unlocked. If you are running an established business and a customer shows up for service an hour before closing, you either need to revisit your procedures or change your hours. The arbitrary decision based on a whim is never good for business, certainly not mine. A rational explanation could've gone a long way. There's a lovely nail salon in the shopping center directly across the street for anyone who is looking for a professional business to provide their consistent patronage and tips.

Absolutely the worst nail salon I've ever been too..first and last time.. my nail look like my 15yr old niece did them.. trash!
