Nail Tech in Columbus, OH

I just paid $60+ for a full set almost three weeks ago. *ETA picture- one week later and I think I'm getting fungus... *ETA: one of the nails that cost me $50 to fill just popped off. It's Monday. I got them done on Friday.... My nails started lifting last week but I didn't really have time to get them filled until today. Not noticeably lifting- all they had to do was normal drilling. I've been way worse where a nail tech has had to nip off lifting edges. Trying to figure out why a fill with French tips cost me $50. For that they better not lift for a month. I'm just sayin.

I am new to a columbus and was referred to by my sister in law because she said they are decently priced. But i'm not sure if it's who I got but the nails and service was horrible. I came in and wasn't greeted, when it came to my turn the lady next to the pay counter gave me an attitude saying i needed to sign in and i told her idk that i had to sign in since no one greeted me when i got inside. the wait wasn't too bad, i got a basic gel manicure and regular pedicure. the "nail tech" kept trying to push me to get gel on my toes and i kept having to say no. she did a pretty rushed and rough job. she never cut my cuticles or even basic nail care/upkeep. she just took my old gel off and put the new one on. she didn't even file and give me a shape. when i kept asking questions she kept saying "yes ok no worries" but disregarded what i said. my toes were barely touched up. i saw her using the cuticle cutters but she wasn't even cutting anything. just making it look like she was but once she noticed i was looking she started to cut some of the cuticles. my toenails are not even and they look bulky. needless to say i won't be returning, i am disappointed because i was excited to get a new set in new city.

Been going here for 4 years ask for Dan or Ann. Only thing is some times the wait is long. That's why I gave them 4 stars. But no complaints on my nails. They always look UPDATE: I had my appointment yesterday and my tech was off that day! So I had Cynthia do my nails and she also did an amazing job! Love my nails! Thank You!

This place was horrible. I told the nail tech that I wanted solar nails with a white tip. As she worked on my nails, I saw that almost half of each nails was white, not just a small amount for the tips. I told her that I didn't like them. She said I'm not finished. She didn't seem to speak English well so communication was an issue. She never gave me an option or showed photos for me to select from. My nails do not look natural at all. It cost me almost $50 for nails that I didn't like. I highly suggest that you check reviews at this place before letting them Do your nail service. I told the manager that I was not happy with how they turned out. She wanted to charge me $5 to cut them down. I told her that I want them removed. She said that it would cost $10 to remove them, in addition to that, the wait was going to be an hour and 30 minutes. I determined that the customer service skills there are very poor. I decided that I would NEVER allow them to perform any services for me EVER again. I had the nails removed by a Sunny Nails in Westerville. They were nice, friendly and could see the lumps and imperfections in the nails. I was happy for them to be removed and for my nails to look natural again!!! Stay away from the Nail Tech Salon on Morse Road!!!

I just sat and waited 33 minutes to get my one nails fixed, that I just had got done less than 24 hours ago. When it was my turn after waiting I was then told that the girl who was also a nail tech couldn't do my nail because she didn't do it yesterday and that's if she did it she would have to charge me . Never again will I go here again and this is my regular nail shop over a year now !
