I went here because I didn't know where else to go. Every color I asked for they didn't have. I only stayed because I was dropped off and didn't want to make my ride pick me up and bring me somewhere new. However, this was a mistake. My nails look so bad. I literally could have done better with drug store nail polish at home. Their only benefit is their employees. My nail artist was so sweet. However, the place is dirty, and they used wet rags more than I care for. I don't know where to go in the South Brunswick area but this place is definitely not it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got a gel manicure, the lady soaked my previous gel in a bowl of acetone and literally left me for 15 min while she went to go do a pedicure for someone else. It wasn't until I had to literally ask where the hell she is for her to come back (the lady getting a pedicure was not happy) She then proceeded to take off my old gel polish by SHAVING it off which is NOT how you take off gel, she shaved so much that my nails literally started to burn! I went in with strong long nails and now they're so paper thin and weak because of how much she shaved off. Her paint job was HORRENDOUS! The nails are so bumpy! The cuticles are not clean! Look at my pictures! My thumb is like so bumpy! ALSO THERE IS PREVIOUS light pink gel polish from my old polish that I see! The worst part! The owner, LIN, super rude and nasty told me they can't fix my nails because they are busy. Mind you she told FOUR customers to come back in 30 minutes because they are busy. If you can take FOUR PEOPLE in 30 minutes you can definitely take me! I asked for a refund and she said they can't process refunds and to come back at 7:30 (in 45 minutes) how does that make any sense??? STAY AWAY! LIN does not care about her customers! TRASH

I'm writing this on the behalf of my mother who called me upset about the service. In her words: "I'm giving them 1 star because that is the MINIMUM this site allows me. I went in for a pedicure and to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. The woman started WAXING MY ENTIRE FACE without my consent!! I pay too much on my skin care for this woman to pour hot wax on my face, and her only response was "I'm sorry I don't speak English very well." I left immediately!"
