THEY RUINED MY SANDALSS! I came in to get a pedicure with my sister, everything was great the lady who did my toes did a great job overall my pedicure service went well. What went WRONG was when I was going to put my slides on and they were nowhere to be found. My nail tech was looking around for them too and she found them four seats away from where I was sitting. They sneakily took my sandals away because they were trying to clean them. Someone somehow spilled polish all over them and I guess they tried to clean it before my service was done but obviously failed. None of them were honest after that no one told me sorry or even offered a discount still made me pay full amount and one of the girls kept looking down at my slides when I was paying she knew they fucked up.
It's really who you sit with so it's probably a good idea to schedule with the same tech you had good experience with!!
