I got my nails done at Nail Parlor last Friday. I enjoyed my experience there however it is only 4 days later and my GEL POLISH is already chipping/completely gone from some of my nails. Gel Polish from other salons usually stays on my nails for 3-4 weeks. Super disappointed I spent so much money on a polish job I could have done myself.
It was okay.. I called three weeks in advance for my appointment. I was told the price over the phone would be $88 but ended up paying $113? A little bit pricey for full set & pedicure but everyone there was very nice. My pedicure could've been better, the service itself was great but when I looked closely there was a few areas that the girl could've paid closer attention to detail. Especially considering the pedicure was $50 and all I got was white? I could understand that for french tip but not one solid color.
I have been going there for for well over 15 YEARS, and they are the only nail shop I will go to! I drive 45 mins to get there, they are more than worth the trip. They ARE busy, & they ARE professional! For those who have complaints about them I imagine you were a walk in who wanted the world & (due to scheduled appointments honored above walk in's) it's their fault you couldn't get it?! Another probability is that you also arrived with a 'tude' and there is NO reason for them to have to tolerate you. All of their customers are treated with respect, keep in mind, it should be mutual! They do their best to accommodate everyone, but they are BUSY, so if you walk in w/o an apptmt , you MAY be told to wait for them to work you in OR that there's no availability. I suggest you make an apptmt.... they're worth the wait! They do exactly what you want done & it's up to YOU to clearly convey that to them. Provide photos for best results. Many times they are doing pedicures, sitting lower to the back of the salon & therefore it may APPEAR they aren't busy, but trust me, they are ALWAYS busy!! If you see otherwise, you aren't at THIS business!! I HIGHLY recommend this salon!
