First visit, I got a great pedicure. Constantly gone downhill since. My recent visit I basically paid for a happy feet pedicure and got a polish change. A bad one at that
My daughter has never had a pedicure and we're going on vacation. I planned a special day for us with me getting a full set. It bothers me when nail technicians talk to each other and not to you. I was happy with my full set but had no idea there would be sticker shock. At nearly $80! I was expecting$40. For my set! I brought some decals I wanted to apply. I would have done that myself if they would have told me about an upcharge. My daughter's pedicure was awesome. But again it was the whole pricing that was off putting.
I'll be going to Nail love for about a year and I love Ann She's the best she puts her whole...(iykyk) I'm to her work! she's great Always clean in there, doesn't smell like a nail salon.
From my experience, the customer service was fine. They are always polite to me and do a good job at getting me in. However, the gentlemen that does my nails does a terrible job! He rushes through them and he pays more attention to the customers coming in than the work he's doing on my nails. I showed him a picture and he said he would do his best to mimic the photo; however, the paint job was soo bad that I told him to just remove it and I will wear my nails plain! He couldn't even do a simple French manicure!! The tips were messy and he was too lazy to use tape or something to make sure the line was crisp! It was uneven and just overall messy! I couldn't believe it, and they charge a nice amount! I will say, I love how the ladies wax my eyebrows! They do an awesome job of following directions and not taking too much of my eyebrows off! I do not like thin eyebrows and many places will leave you with little skinny eyebrows, even after you specifically ask them to just clean them up.
