Jessica you rock, after a long time, I got the haircut I always wanted. I find her very professional and respectful, making sure that she understand my ask and perform haircut the way I want it.
They don't own up to their mistakes. The woman made a mistake in the back of my hair and tried to make is seem like it was already there and that there was a cut/scab or something. An inch and a half horizontal gap does not magically appear after a haircut and after inspecting the area later there was nothing wrong with the skin/scalp itself--just the mistake in the haircut. For the price, the rest of the haircut was passable, but slightly choppy and not blended in well. I suspect that the woman was not trained yet to the usual Great Clips standards if there are any.
