Probably the worst manicure I've ever had. She put the polish on so thick with just one coat so I told her to not do a second coat.

It also makes it difficult to communicate what you want when the technician speaks no English.

I made an appointment 2 days prior to going in. It was really slow while I was there (around 10am), which the nail technician said was unusual for them. It was a nice place, quiet and relaxing. The nail technician was very pleasant and did a pretty good job. No cuts or damage to my cuticles. I got a full set of colored acrylic nails and had little designs painted on the ring fingers. I was really happy with the experience. Paid $60 before tip. Although there were some minor imperfections, I was happy with them overall. I'd come back.
I am so sad that this place has deteriorated like it has. Difficult to make an appointment. Nobody answers the phone. It's also so so so dirty now. It use to be my favorite place. It's horrible now.
Because of my horrible experience at Nail Crush, I decided to go to to a different salon. The nail tech told me that the previous nail tech(from Nail Crush) did not take off all of the gel polish before putting on new polish & also took off some of my natural nails. She could see the redness of the nail where it happened. The previous nail tech should not have been doing nails, please be careful on who you let do your nails. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.
Ouch. The total for this holographic gel manicure and pedicure was $97, not including the tip. Which I left over 20% because I couldn't see the cut or transparency of the polish. I had a jam packed day and was unable to return, but I'm extremely disappointed and feel like I wasted over $100. You would think the more expensive nail polish would be applied to the point that I couldn't see through, and now my finger is in pain.
