NAIL BUFF SALON in Brunswick, OH

I've been coming here for a couple years now and would not go anywhere else. Lyna is the owner and does a fabulous job, as well as everyone else. The shop is clean and inviting. Another thing I like is the shop runs by appointment only. You will not be disappointed to come here!

Would definitely recommend this nail salon to everyone! The staff is very friendly and do an amazing job :) My nails always come out looking so cute! The salon is very clean and kept nicely, it is a little bit more expensive than other places but you're paying for a well done manicure, great service, and a very clean workspace- the owner is also so sweet and does a great job!

overall service is average. honestly a hit or miss with this place. there's a lady who does an amazing job and the other lady sucks. she's very aggressive with. just make sure all your nails are even because i made the mistake not to double check that and the length difference was crazy and just seemed carefree and rushed. (also something they don't communicate with you is that they don't take card you can only pay in cash or from venmo. was not aware of this until after the fact and had to run to the bank to get money)

Forget this place. I made an appointment for a pedicure. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, there was a sign on the counter stating that they no longer accepted credit cards as a form of payment. When I questioned the employee there she told me to down load some app. I have never heard of. I am not going to attach me bank account to an unknow app. Who is she to tell me what to do? Completely customer unfriendly. They need an attitude adjustment. my afternoon was ruined and my time wasted. Walked out won't be back.

My first time going to nail bluff the customer service and nail work was good! I was not dissatisfied with the service I received. However, after going back a second time the lady who did my nails was very rough. Then the third time I tried to go back I was turned around. I was told that I needed an appointment when I went at 2pm and they didn't close til 7pm. There were only two clients there who were being serviced and no one waiting. I don't deny that they weren't booked but I felt as though the delivery of the message could have been better. My once welcomed feeling only lasted my first visit and soon went away after that. I feel like their customer service should be a little better or maybe I was treated the way I was because of how I look. Not sure. I wouldn't suggest going here unless you make an appointment first. Also, be prepared if you don't get the best customer service.
