I had an appointment last week and I asked for a acrilic nails, the guy was so rude every time he filed my nails, he put the acrylic and he didn't even clean my nails. They charged me 75 dollars and at the end, after 4 days one of the nails came off and the rest had a lot filtrations. I removed them cause they were lifting. Definitely a bad place to do nails!
In town for vacation from Illinois. After having no luck with the last 2 nail salons, this was our last attempt in getting a pedicure. And what a great experience it was. They were super busy but sat us down and started soaking our feet while we waited. I presume the lady there was the owner because she handled everything like a boss and getting things done. Super friendly staff. Clean and beautiful salon. Vibe walking in was so much better than the last salon we walked into. I gave this place 4 stars only because the excess polish wasn't cleaned up and polish wasn't applied evenly. Other than that, everything else was good.
Called ahead and got an appointment for a gel dip manicure in 1hr. Walked in and was greeted, very friendly. Male doing my manicure was fantastic. Paid attention to detail, even gave me some color samples of the colors I was interested in on a fake nail to see if I'd like it. He was thorough and yet still in and out in 30mins for $48. Definitely will be back!!
I'm from the Bay Area in California and this place is comparable to what I get from nail salons locally. I felt like the guy doing my nails was the head of the salon and kept having conversations with all the walk ins along with the technicians. He was a perfectionist so my nails came out good but I didn't like the color he chose for the color of the base for my French manicure. It was a good place in a pinch but I would try to find somewhere else as a regular place if I lived here.
This place is beautiful inside and it was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment online. It was the BEST leg massage and pedicure I have ever had!!! It will be a must stop every time we visit the Dells!
