First this was my second visit. When I went to them 4 weeks ago, I had my eyebrow's waxed, lashes put on, a fill in with three fixtures, and toenail polish changed (gel). All of that cost me $165 which I thought was a fantastic price. I asked what the young man's name that did my nails and toes and the young lady's name that did my lashes and brows to reschedule with them because I felt they did a good job. I went online and scheduled with the young man (Sunny) for Saturday at 9am. I get there and the lady says, "oh Sunny don't come in this early he has a kid!"  I'm looking like okay; I have a kid too.... None of that is mentioned on your website! Then another gentleman that works in there says he have to take care of his 1yr old. Like why have him on the website to schedule if he can't come in when you schedule him. Then this man came in with a whole attitude... I don't work this early, I never come in this early! I'm like for real! You have said that twice and I get it, then said next time call to schedule. There will be no next time, all of you were rude! And the man literally did my nails the same way from the first time and fixed 3 broken nails and said it was $100. How the heck I paid $165 the last time for 4 things and $100 for 1 thing. Then I said why my nail curved? He said you came in here like that! No, I didn't, and you did them both times, then he said it's your nail bed! I left out there I will not get my nails done there again. Customer Service was horrible.

Had a pedicure with Lynn.  Unfortunately, I wasn't paying much attention to what she was doing and before you know it, the pedicure was done.  I thought it was odd that it was so quick.  I didn't realize until later that she never did anything but trim the nails...never filed them or anything!  I have a manicure booked for next week. I'll give them one more try. Also, she told me to sit at the drying station and I never saw her again.  The young man that is at the desk is very nice and he checked my nails and took off the spacers.

I used to swear by this place. Recommended it to all my friends. The quality and service is absolutely horrible now it's ridiculous. Only two of the nail techs are worth going to. I'm not trying to be mean but it's a disappointment.

I don't even know where to begin. My sisters and I bought my mom a gift card for a pedicure as part of her Christmas gift. It was a busy day and at lunch she accidentally left the gift on the table. When we realized it hours later, it was too late. We called the salon and asked if they kept a record and if we could have it reissued. We even had the receipt. They wouldn't offer any kind of solution. We are aware it was our mistake by losing it, but how do you not keep a record of paper gift certificates? We decided to still go in anyway, because we had an appointment for all five of us to get pedicures at the same time. I called twice to confirm that this could be done. When we arrived they were only able to start two of us at a time. My water and my moms water for our feet was cold the entire time, when we told them it was cold they said they couldn't help it, even though my other three sisters had hot water. They didn't offer drinks until we asked. And that was THE fastest pedicure I have ever received. Also, we got the upgraded pedicure for my mom and hers was almost just as quick as ours. I don't know what they did any different that warranted such a jump in price. They were done with mine before the fifth person in our group ever got hers started. They were all very nice and I hate leaving bad reviews but this entire experience was very underwhelming. Probably the worst pedicure experience I've ever had.

There was a big misunderstanding about the cash only policy and I was given wrong information. Lucky is a great business owner. He settled this issue and some confusion about gift cards.
