Great job! Walked in on a somewhat busy afternoon. I was greeted and told I would have to wait but was reassured someone would be right with me.
While waiting, I observed such a friendly environment. Almost every customer in there was referred to by their first names. It was clear that there was loyalty to this shop and shop owner.
After about a 10 minute wait, I was seated. Having recently moved to the Warsaw area, my nails were in desperate need of a TLC. The gentleman that took care of me took his time and in no way did I feel rushed. My nails look so nice and flawless.
We all know you only have one chance to make a "first Impression" and these guys nailed it! (No pun intended). They have earned my business and I will be back. I suggest you give them a try to.

It is extremely sad that this place is one of the few options for the people of Warsaw Indiana. After a bad and stressful day, sometimes you need a "pick me up" thing to do for yourself and I thought getting my nails done was going to be it. Well... nope!

Horrible application of my nail polish. My husband could have done a better job, and he has never done this before. Next time, I'll rather spend those $30 getting some new nail polish and doing it myself.

Also... there's a transaction charge if you use cards? What the heck. The establishment should absorb that cut. You're cutting into your nail tech tips!
