This place BLOWS!!! Kim did my Pedi and after I asked her specifically for only one coat of color (3 times before she started), and the other girl working told her only one coat, Kim paints two thick coats of gel. And started putting a third! Not only was my paint thick and nasty, she painted over my cuticles too. Everyone in that business heard this discussion and they still charged me $55 dollars! I could've done my nails better myself! I will dispute this charge with my bank! I did not sign because the service was terrible! And there were gnats everywhere! I will not be back to this sorry nail shop. The workers are dumb and they don't know what they're doing. Worst of all when they mess up they don't make it right! Last time I was there the idiot owner took the girl I had an appointment with in the middle of my manicure and rudely had some other worker do my nails (that one was bad too) after two horrible experiences I will drive a longer distance to get my nails done! Screw this place. Not to mention it took Kim an hour and a half to complete a bad pedicure
Hands down, the best pedicures around! They also do a great job with nails. I usually have to go somewhere else because they aren't open on Sundays but I do not get a pedicure anywhere else. They are all so nice and friendly.
I moved to adairsville a couple months ago and have tried numerous nail salons in Calhoun with many expensive and terrible disappointments. My husband went to the auto parts store in this parking lot and told me to give this place a try and wow I'm so glad I did!! The place is so clean and nice, and they did a great job!! I even asked for a tiny complicated design and she did great. Finally. I was about to give up getting my nails done for a while but I finally found a place worth going back to.
Came here for the first time with my husband. They were very rude and did not offer to help me find where they kept the color palettes or ask what I needed. Looked at me like I was stupid when I explained what I wanted. Very bad customer service. Will not be back!!!
This is my second time here. I am kicking myself for not coming here when I first moved to Adairsville. Holly treats me like family and that's what I like. She remembered my name from three weeks ago. Whoever was dissatisfied must have been in a not so good mood. Try it again. Holly 6/18/2019. Just had the best pedicure by Karen. I didn't want to ruin it by walking. You rock Karen.
