This was my first time getting a manicure and I requested 2 specific people for me and my friend and didn't get either of them. Pares didn't push down my cuticles and barely trimmed them. She also didn't paint all the way down to my nail line so after 2 days they look like they've already grown out some. It was only $35 as compared to $45 at other local places I've gone to but as gel is supposed to last 3-4 weeks I'm bummed that they already look grown out. I also had to file two of my nails after the fact as they were filed quite crookedly unfortunately. If you can request Becky or Sarah who I've had before they are great though!
not good overall. overcharged me for simple nails, I was looking forward to getting my nails done especially after reading such good reviews. I wasn't satisfied with their nail quality or anything. Then towards the end, they pointed to a board and told me exactly how much to tip, a tip should be up to the customer. Ridiculously unprofessional.
Made an appointment but it didn't seem to matter as I waited like everyone else. They did a good job with my pedicure.
this place has gone downhill faster then a bobsled. my nails were cut off for a basic manicure after the horrible job the guy did repeatedly trying to fix mistakes. all my nails still needed the cuticles cut and there was dirt under my nails. he gave me cold water to soak in. I don't ever complain to places. I smile. pay. say thank you. leave. but this was really bad.
Rude people working there I went to take my wife to get her nails done my children not allowed to wait for her with me the way it was said "we got no room for you" unless your getting ur nails done. Poor customer service poor attitude , moving from westchester to here and gave me a real sour taste in my mouth disgusting.
